NITField ("the App") is a field data-collection application for authorized field technicians conducting energy-efficiency and home-assessment inspections on behalf of program operators. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, where it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Who This App Is For

NITField is intended exclusively for authorized adult field technicians (18 years of age or older) employed or contracted by a participating program operator. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has used the App, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 9.

2. Data We Collect

The App collects the following categories of data:

Account and authentication data — email address, user ID, and authentication tokens managed via Supabase Auth, used to identify and authenticate technicians.
Field inspection data — form responses, assessment answers, and structured inspection records entered by technicians during job assignments.
Photos — images captured through your device's camera and attached to inspection submissions.
Location data — the App may request access to your device's location services to record the geographic position of an inspection site. Location is only accessed when a job assignment requires it and with your device permission.
Usage and session data — basic technical information such as session timestamps and submission status, used to support synchronization and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data collected by the App is used solely for:

Authenticating technicians and enforcing access control.
Recording and transmitting field inspection results to the program operator.
Supporting collaborative inspection sessions between authorized technicians.
Maintaining data integrity and enabling offline-to-online synchronization.
Technical support and diagnosing reported issues.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the field inspection program.

4. Data Storage and Processing

Your data is stored and processed in two places:

Supabase (cloud database and storage) — authentication credentials and user records are stored in Supabase, a third-party cloud database provider. Supabase processes data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
Operator's application server — inspection submissions, attached photos, and program data are sent to and stored on the operator's backend server at app.serverat75.com, operated by the program administrator. Some data (such as authentication records) may also reside in Supabase as described above.

Data may also be stored temporarily on your device in local browser storage (IndexedDB) to support offline operation. This locally cached data is synchronized to the server when connectivity is restored.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data collected through the App is shared only with:

The program operator — inspection data is the property of the program and is shared with the authorized program administrators for program management purposes.
Supabase — as the cloud infrastructure provider for authentication and storage, as described above.

We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect the legal rights of the program operator.

6. Security

Access to the App requires authentication credentials. Data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption. Supabase provides industry-standard security controls for stored data. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Inspection records and photos are retained by the program operator for as long as required by the applicable program rules and applicable law. Authentication credentials are managed by Supabase according to its data retention policies.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data and submissions held about you. To exercise any of these rights, send an email to: atnbcorp.adm@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your account data and associated submissions/photos within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law, regulation, or contractual obligation.

Please note that because inspection submissions are created as part of a program operator's job record and may be shared within that organization, some records tied to completed jobs may be retained by the program operator even after your personal account data is removed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
